Little innocent Puppy Mara...peeled into the pavement on the cold harsh South Texas streets with no home, no owner, just another innocent homeless dog crying out in fear. Mara was picked up by a rescuer in the Valley who helps many homeless dogs there. He asked for help and we were right there to assist. Mara is a 10 month old Terrier mix. She had mange from neglect, was very thin, and spent some much needed time with our vet partner so we could get this perfectly precious puppy back to healthy and happy. Mara is finally starting to understand that she is safe now and on her way towards a wonderful new life.
