Meet Betsy! Betsy is a 7 year old Shih Tzu mix who comes into rescue from Texas. This precious girl has been through so much in her life...it is obvious that she has never had someone to love and care for her in the way that she is so deserving of. She is currently with our vet partner where she will be treated for mammary tumors and dental issues that she has. It is pretty clear that years of neglect fill this little girls past and we can’t wait to show Betsy what it means to be loved and pampered for the rest of her days! She is a fluffy sweetheart who is friendly with people of all ages and other dogs. She will be spayed and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home.
