Meet Marcel! Marcel is an adorable 3 month old Jack Russell mix. He found himself abandoned with his brother Stephan in an overcrowded kill shelter in South Carolina. We are so thankful that we were able to get them both to safety. They will be ready to travel north soon and Marcel is really excited to start the amazing new life we promised him!
