Meet Billy! Billy is a one year old Black Lab mix who comes into rescue from Texas. Unfortunately Billy has suffered through so much neglect already in his life and we can’t wait to find the special someone who can turn things around for this beautiful boy. He will spend some time with our vet partner where we will get him back to healthy and happy. Soon he will be ready for an amazing home of his very own...are you the lucky one that can give this to him?! On top of being absolutely adorable, Billy is the sweetest and friendliest guy!
