Little miss Penelope is a 3.5 month old Terrier mix who comes into rescue from Texas with her 3 siblings. She can’t wait to meet the lucky one who can love and cherish her forever! She is so sweet and loving and is great with people of all ages and other dogs. She will be spayed and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home.
