Meet Heather! Heather is the cutest little Border Collie mix! She comes into rescue from Anson Cty NC, and was born in March 2018. She is a perfect puppy! She is very playful and loves her toys but is also a big love bug who enjoys belly rubs and snuggle time! When she is not wrestling around with her foster fur brother she is extremely tender and loving with her foster humans. She has a wondrous curiosity and is going to make a great addition to any family. She is crate trained and working on house training but she is very smart and a quick learner so she should master that in no time!  She is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and has been spayed. She is great with people of all ages, and with other dogs.  If you are looking for an extra sweet and special puppy to join your life, then look no further!
