6 month old Chappy came to rescue with an embedded collar. Poor Chappy should never have had to experience this! Chappy is thought to be a German Shepard mixed fella, and is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and will be neutered prior to placement in his forever  home. Chappy is great with all people and with other dogs. Our veterinary partner says: "Chappy is just a big, goofy puppy. He will bark when in the crate, but that's just because he wants to come out and play.
