Precious little Andy comes to rescue from and Alabama shelter - emaciated, missing fur, obviously neglected and with Alopecia. Andy is 3 years old and 8 pounds. He is currently with foster recuperating but is ready to start looking for his forever home so he has someone waiting for him soon … Andy is a total sweetheart and its amazing to us that after suffering this horrible neglect, he can offer love so readily to strangers! He is great with people and other dogs, up to date on shots and will be altered prior to placement in his forever home.
