Precious little Sandy is a 1.5 year old Terrier mix who weighs 15 pounds and comes into rescue from Texas. This poor tiny girl was attacked by another dog and left for dead at a kill shelter. She was clinging to life by a thread but she is a warrior and has pulled herself through the worst of it. She is still at our SA Vet Partner weeks later but she’s alive and well! She has an ulcerated eye that is still healing and probably will never be perfect but otherwise she will make a full recovery! Sandy fought hard to be here with us today and now we vow to make sure she has the best life possible from here on out. We can’t wait to find the special person who can give Sandy all the love in the world and spoil and pamper her forever and always. She is a total sweetheart and is such an adorable girl. She is friendly with people of all ages and other dogs and will be spayed and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home.
