Meet Sadie! Sadie is a 7.5 year old Pit mix who weighs in at just under 60 pounds. This sweet girl was moments away from losing her life at a NYC kill shelter and we just could not let that be her fate. Now Sadie is a Rescue Dogs Rock girl and we will make sure she has the best new life ever! She is an absolutely gorgeous girl with a coat the color of steel but clearly she’s not made of the same. Sadie is soft and lovely both inside and out and is ready for a home to call her own. She walks wonderfully on leash and is housebroken. She did well around other dogs in playgroup at the shelter and can be a bit shy around strangers but once given time to warm up she blossoms into the friendly, loving, and special girl that her caregivers get to see all the time. Sadie will be spayed and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home. Sweet and soulful, Sadie is a beautiful bird just awaiting new wings and we can’t wait to see her soar.
