Wendy Cake is a 2-3 year old Shih Tzu mix who weighs 10 pounds. She comes into rescue from Texas and it is obvious from the condition she came to us in that she has had to endure a life of severe neglect. She was covered head to toe in hundreds of ticks when we rescued her...She has most likely been living outside her entire life, battling the elements and struggling to survive on her own. Wendy Cake deserves so much more than the hand that she’s been dealt so far and we vow to turn things around for this precious girl. She will get all the medical care she needs with our vet partner and when she’s back to healthy and happy we would love to have a forever family ready and waiting for her! She is just a tiny little cutie pie with tons of love to give! She can’t wait to meet the special someone that can give her the happy ever after that she’s been dreaming of. She is very sweet with people of all ages and other dogs and she will be spayed and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home.
