Kendall came to rescue from a Georgia shelter with a severe case of demodex (non contagious) mange, secondary skin and eye infections, URI, emaciated and anemic. She collapsed as soon as she arrived at the vet, and was immediately rushed in for treatment. Kendall was only 6 months old when we got her and She certainly didn't get this way overnight. Sadly, it seems most of her young life has been nothing but neglect and pain. We promised to change that for her and after some much needed TLC and medical care this beautiful girl is looking and feeling so much better! Kendall is about 8 months old now and weighs 35 pounds. She is as friendly as they come and has been making friends with dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, and alpacas at her foster home. She absolutely LOVES other dogs so much in fact that we think a home with at least one other dog would be the best fit for her. She has a Medium energy level and is very snuggly, always wants to be touching her person! She barks when strangers come by but very friendly once they approach her. She is such a smart girl and is House trained and crate trained. Kendall will be up to date on shots and spayed prior to placement in her forever home.
