Uma came to rescue with a broken leg at 3 months old and 13 pounds, from a shelter in the Carolinas. She is now going on 6 months old, and has settled in well as a tripod with her foster! In fact, Uma is very playful, doesn't realize she has a disability, and is very strong - so much so that we recommend dogs her size or larger if there are other dogs in the home as she is still a puppy and learning her own strength! Uma is a Jindo/Shiba blend, and perfect in every way. She is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and has been spayed. Uma is great with people of all ages, and with other dogs . Her foster family says: " She is mostly house trained and sits so nicely to wait for treats! She loves kids and other dogs, but other dogs should be her size or larger due to her being a puppy and she doesn't realize her own strength! Even though she's a tri- paw pup due to an accident, it never slows her down!
