Fran was born into rescue on 9/18/2018. His mom, Petunia, was pregnant and in a high kill shelter when we rescued her. Fran will be up to date on shots (age appropriate) and spayed prior to placement in her forever home. She wants you to know this: " Im the Sassy One. I'm often confused with my brother Frederic, which makes me extra sassy sometimes. I will vocalize when I need attention, and will also vocalize when I've had enough!"
