Samuel came to rescue with an injured eye. He is from the Carolinas. Samuel is about 10 weeks old and 8 pounds and is safe now receiving the treatment he needs. He is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and will be neutered when medically appropriate to do so and before placement in his forever home.
