Meet Mr. Personality, Casper! Casper is the cutest, sweetest, happiest little boy! He is almost 4 months old now and only 9 pounds. Don't you want to just snuggle up and kiss him? He is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home. He is great with people of all ages and with other dogs.
