Noelle is from Union SC. She comes to rescue from the shelter, emaciated and weighing only 35 pounds. Noelle is 5 years old. She has lived an obvious life of neglect, and we are going to change that for her! Noelle is up to date on shots and will be spayed when medically appropriate to do so, and prior to placement in her forever home. Noelle is good with people and other dogs.
