Little mister Libra is a mixed breed puppy who was born in October 2018 and comes into rescue from Texas. We saved Libra and his litter mates when they came into the shelter on the ACO truck. The shelter called us right when they were pulling in, asked if we could help them, and of course the answer was yes! They were all very sick, each had scarpoctic mange, anemia, and they were malnourished. These angels have gotten all the medical care they needed and now precious Libra is ready to join an amazing forever family that can finally show him the unconditional love and happiness that he deserves. He is absolutely adorable and very friendly with people of all ages and other dogs.
Libra, known as the sign of justice, this little zodiac pup may be just the right fit for you! He is full of love and is the mediator between his brothers. He warms the hearts of all he touches. He even smiles most of the time as Libras tend to do! He loves to play with all the dogs in his foster home. He is doing great with potty training, Doesnt mind a bath, and loves to play outside in the yard! He knows basic commands such as sit, stay, and paw...what a smart boy! He adores people and is full of puppy kisses, but he is a puppy so still teething and puppy kisses can turn into puppy nibbles while he’s still learning.
He will be neutered and up to date on vaccines (age appropriate) prior to placement in his forever home. If you would like to adopt Libra, please fill out an application for him here! Http://www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org
