Frankie came to rescue with his two siblings when he was owner surrendered because his momma died because a pup was stuck and left in her birth canal. Frankie was born on 12/16/18. He currently weighs about 4 pounds. He is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and will be neutered when old enough. Frankie will be ready to join his forever family at 8 weeks of age. He is great with people and other dogs. His foster dad says this:  "Frankie is all white with some faint light brown spots coming in on his tail. He is the contemplative puppy of the bunch. He will just sit in your lap and look at you while you tell him how handsome he is. He loves to play, but would also like to fall asleep in your lap and give you kisses! He is really good at making friends and seems to like other dogs. He loves to have his tummy petted and loves to get his face washed - he will fall asleep as soon as you start to clean his face!
