Cutie pie Maci is a Border Collie mix born in July 2018, rescued from Texas where she was most likely hit by a car and found herself alone and severely injured with a fractured femur and multiple pelvic fractures. With ongoing physical therapy, Maci is improving day by day and she's now ready for that special home where she can forget the past and be spoiled, loved and doted on for the rest of her life! At this time, Maci can walk, but not long distances. She needs a home with little to no stairs and a yard. If she has fur-siblings, they will need to play gently, and human siblings should be on the older side. Maci is the sweetest girl and is friendly with people of all ages and other dogs. She is so stunning with her Merle coat and is sure to bring so much joy to the lives of her lucky adopter(s)!
