Major comes to rescue incredibly emaciated after being abandoned by his previous 'owners'. He is from St Landry Parish in Louisiana. Major came into rescue at 78 pounds, and probably  needs to gain at least another 30-40 pounds to be at his healthy weight!  He was lucky to be found! Major is 5 years old, good with other people and dogs, and is up to date on vaccines. He will be neutered when medically appropriate to do so, and prior to placement in his forever home.
