Zula was found in the woods in S. Carolina, abandoned and emaciated. Little Zula, born in August 2018, is a petite female pit bull terrier blend. She seems to have been on her own for some time. Zula is still timid of men, but with treats and a little time to adjust, she will cuddle them and accept them. She
is 100% wee wee pad trained - no accidents! She walks well on a leash and is dog and cat friendly. She LOVES to cuddle and who wouldn’t want to spend every second snuggled up with this precious girl! She has an under-bite that is absolutely irresistible and she is the cutest little shadow, always wants to be touching her humans. Her ideal home would be one without young kids as she is small and unsure of fast moving objects. Zula is still learning how to play with toys. She doesn't chew anything and is very gentle. She is spayed and is up to date on vaccines.
Her foster mom says:
"
She is doing SO well! She is still timid of men when she first meets them, but warms up if they give her space. She now LOVES my husband. If he leaves the room, she waits for him and watches him until he comes back in. She tries to cuddle under his entire body and loves playing with him. She has come a long way from where she once was. She is full of character and sass and will make someone very happy- she truly is a doll!" This adorable girl deserves so much better than she endured in her past and is patiently waiting for the special someone who can give her the brightest future.
