This ridiculously handsome, amazing, incredible miracle boy is Jax! Jax is a 1.5 year old Pit mix who weighs 40 pounds and comes into rescue from Texas. He was found shot in the head and left to die on the side of the road. We rushed him immediately to our vet partner where it was touch and go for awhile, but we were able to get Jax stabilized. He had to overcome some neurological dullness as a result of his injury but after some time, patience, and lots of TLC, he is doing GREAT! He is up and walking, eating, drinking, and making all kinds of new friends at the vet, human and canine alike! It is a miracle that this precious boy was strong willed and resilient enough to pull himself through and now we need an extra special adopter who will love and cherish him forever and always. He is just so very sweet and friendly with people of all ages including kids, other dogs, and he even doesn’t mind having feline friends around! He will be neutered and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in his forever home.
