Penelope came to rescue as a cruelty case. A woman in S. Carolina was feeding her husky, but not Penelope and let her starve right in her own home! Penelope and the other dog were removed, and she is safe with RDR NYC. Penelope is a Rottweiler (blend?) who weighed 36 pounds on intake. She is 4 years old. She is up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed when medically appropriate to do so. Penelope is great with people of all ages and with other dogs.
