Billy is 1 year old and 13 pounds, and thought to be a blend of Aussie and perhaps Pom? We don't really know, but we do know he is simply irresistible! Billy comes to rescue from St Landry Parish shelter in Louisiana. He is up to date on vaccines and will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home.
