Carl is a 1 year old, and 13 pound male Chihuahua blend who comes to rescue from St Landry Parish Shelter in Louisiana. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered, is great with people of all sizes and with other dogs and BONUS! He was even ok with our veterinary partner's clinic cat!
