Oscar is 1 years old and weighs only 23 pounds. He came to rescue from Alabama, where he had been found wandering the streets with two siblings. Oscar is in horrible condition on intake, with demodex mange! (non contagious type). He is now with our veterinary partner receiving treatment and will feel better soon! Oscar will be up to date on vaccines and altered when medically appropriate. He is good with people and with other dogs.
