Handsome little Casper is a 6-8 year old Shih Tzu Mix who weighs 8 pounds. He comes to rescue from Texas where he was found in horrific shape. His once long gorgeous coat was filthy, matted, and hiding wounds inflicted from a dog attack. His poor little body was riddled with puncture wounds and his face had been attacked so badly that poor Casper had suffered a broken jaw and unfortunately lost both his eyes. He got all the medical care he needed with our vet partner and now this cutie patootie is doing wonderful! He is healing well and has the happiest temperament! He doesn’t let his vision impairment slow him down and works hard to navigate in his foster home on his own. He absolutely adores being near his people and is a professional snuggler! He will easily become your new best buddy, favorite sofa and bed time cuddle companion, and love of your life.
