Meet Cap (aka Monkey)!  Cap is a handsome 19-pound, 5-year-old Terrier mix rescued in Texas.  He has had two 'forever' families and, through no fault of his own, neither one turned out to be forever.  Cap deserves a family who will never fail him again. He is not a city dog - he's a little timid on walks and a bit anxious when he encounters other dogs. He will thrive in a quiet home in the suburbs with a fenced yard and no other pets.
