Meet Scotch!  Scotch is a 48 pound male Shepherd mix who was born in November 2018.  Poor Scotch was discovered in a North Carolina shelter suffering from a case of mange.  He has been treated and is ready to find his family! Scotch is friendly with dogs, children and people of all ages (though he's not a fan of cats!) and will make a wonderful addition to any family.  He is up to date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and will be neutered prior to being placed.
