Introducing Karter!  Karter is a Beagle/Australian Shepherd mix who was born in June 2019 and surrendered to a shelter in Alabama with his siblings.  Karter is learning basic commands and sleeps through the nightKarter is friendly with dogs, children and people of all ages and will make a wonderful addition to any family.  He is up to date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and will be neutered prior to being placed in his forever home.  Karter loves to play, snuggle, cuddle and give lots of doggy kisses.  He loves to get kisses, too, so if you can promise Karter a lifetime of love, snuggles, cuddles and kisses, please fill out an application at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
