Meet Peggy!  This sweet female Chihuahua mix was born in August 2014 and comes into rescue from Texas.  Life had not been kind to Peggy as she found herself in a high kill shelter suffering with a fractured hip.  We have no idea how Peggy sustained her injury, but it's obvious that she was let down by those who should have been caring for her.  Peggy's life turned around the day she became a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC girl, and she has now gotten all of the medical care she needs.  Her hip has healed after weeks of crate rest and she now runs around like nothing was ever wrong!
