Meet Jacob! Jacob is a male Pitt/Boxer mix born in July 2019 and rescued in New York.  Jacob and his sister were surrendered to a kill shelter in NYC as "strays," but we know they were not strays as it was obvious they had both been confined to a crate and starved during their two months of life.  Jacob was so emaciated that we weren't sure he was going to make it.  He's proven to be a fighter, though, and he's improving every day.  Jacob knows that his life is going to be far better than that of his abuser as he's going to be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.  Jacob is friendly with dogs and people of all ages and will make a wonderful addition to any family.  He is up to date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and will be neutered prior to joining his forever home.  If you can make room in your heart for Jacob and love and cherish him forever, please fill out an application at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
