Charlie comes to rescue as an owner surrender and with a mass on his left eye. Since the eye is injured, he will lose that eye, but that wont stop him from being adorable nor will it slow him down! Charlie is a 6 year old, 8 pound Yorkie or Yorkie Blend. He is great with people and other dogs, has been neutered, and is up to date on vaccines.
