This is Lio! Lio is a male Shepherd mix born in 2017 and rescued in Texas.  Poor Lio is yet another example of a life of neglect and abuse.  Lio is emaciated to the point where you can see every bone in his body and he is suffering from a painful skin condition.  But Rescue Dogs Rock NYC is now on Lio's side, and he is receiving all of the treatment he needs to recover and live a happy life with his forever family.  Lio is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered prior to joining his forever home. He is good with people of all ages and other dogs and will make a wonderful addition to any home.
