Open your arms to Eli! A male Border Collie mix born in late 2018, Eli was rescued in Texas.  As a result of severe neglect, Eli was suffering from a skin infection and was malnourished.  Now a very handsome and healthy boy, his suffering is a thing of the past and all he needs is a fantastic forever home to help him forget his horrific past.  Eli is good with people of all ages and other dogs and will make a wonderful addition to any home.
