This is Amina!  Amina is a female Yorkshire Terrier mix born in approximately 2012 and rescued in Alabama.  Amina isn't really sticking her tongue out at you; she was just neglected to such a degree that she is missing most of her teeth that would otherwise keep her tongue in her mouth.
