This gem is Jade!  Jade is a female Shepherd mix born in 2018 and rescued in Texas.  Poor Jade was found with an injured front leg likely as a result of being hit by a car and with pellets embedded in her chest.  It's clear that Jade has not had a safe or happy life thus far, but that ends now.  Jade has had surgery to repair her leg, and the pellets will remain as they are insignificant.  Thankfully, Jade no longer seems to be in emotional or physical pain but an adorable hobble remains while she walks. We think of it as a badge of honor attesting to how strong she is to have overcome such abuse as the hobble is always matched with a wagging tail and the goofiest smile you will ever see. Jade hobbles around absolutely loving life and she is the sweeetest dog you will ever meet. Jade's lust for life is infectious and she just wants to play and interact with every moving thing.
