Introducing Nitro!  A male 10-pound Chihuahua mix born in 2017 and rescued in Texas, Nitro  is as sweet as toasted marshmallow and can't wait to  bring all his sweetness to his deserving forever family.   He is a little shy with new people, but with slow introductions to humans and fur-friends, and a little time and patience, his spunky personality will shine through.
