This is Garfunkel, and he's feeling groovy because he's been rescued by Rescue Dogs (and Cats!) Rock NYC!  Garfunkel is a male Domestic Medium Hair cat rescued in South Carolina.  Our veterinary partner estimates Garfunkel to be four months old at the time of intake in February 2020.  He gets along with people of all ages, including kids, other kitties, and he LOVES dogs!  Once you start petting Garfunkel, he becomes a purring machine! Garfunkel likes being around others and being part of the family, but he prefers to do it on his own terms, at least for now.
