Meet Harvey! An adorable 22-pound, 3-year-old Terrier mix sweetheart, this darling boy was found homeless on the streets of Texas with the side of his jaw open - likely from a dog attack or having been hit by a car. Whatever horrors this poor boy has endured, one side of Harvey’s mouth remains exposed because of a loss of tissue, but that makes him even more perfect to us! He can eat and drink normally and is just the happiest, sweetest soul. Harvey is looking for a wonderful family who will look past his physical imperfections and cherish him for his gentle, affectionate, beautiful and loyal personality. He loves to follow his people around and he loves baths because he realizes that involves a full body rub!  Harvey is perfect for apartment living. He's crate trained, good on a leash, likes to go for walks, but is very happy to nap and snuggle on the sofa. Harvey deserves so much more than what he has been through and we can’t wait to see this little love bug healthy and happy in a home of his very own.
