This beautiful Shepherd mix is Grace! Grace is estimated to be about 4 years old and weighs 40 pounds. This poor girl was hit by a car in Texas and left for weeks trying to survive with a severely shattered leg. Thank goodness we were alerted to her situation and we stepped in immediately to get her to safety. Her back left leg was unfortunately too far gone to fix. She has had the leg amputated and is excelling as a tripawd.  Grace  is a great dog. She runs and walks as if she has 4 legs! Grace loves to snuggle and is very social and loves attention. She is great with dogs and would be happiest with a doggy sibling or a person who is home most of the time.  She is good with kids, is crate trained and not bothered by noises. We believe Grace could easily adapt to life in a city.  Grace may growl at men but she is not aggressive towards them.  It's Grace's  time to find someone special who will give her the forever home of her dreams...full of love and kindness and of course lots of treats!! Grace has been nothing but sweet throughout her ordeal and we have no doubt she will make a wonderful addition to any home.
