October is a male Chihuahua mix who was rescued from a backyard breeder in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that October is 11 weeks old as of the date of intake in February 2020.  October is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  He is a charming, handsome southern gentleman who has his bags packed just waiting for a ride to his forever home.
