This is Tammy!  Tammy is a female Yorkshire Terrier mix who was rescued from a kill shelter in New York.  Our veterinary partners estimate that Tammy is 10 years old at the time of intake in February 2020.  The neglect this poor girl has suffered is heart wrenching as she had a mammary tumor that was left untreated for so long that it has ruptured.  Tammy will never experience neglect again now that she's a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC girl. She is receiving all the medical care she needs, the tumor has been removed, and now we just need to find that special person who will fall in love with Tammy and give her the forever home she deserves.  Tammy is good with people of all ages and other dogs.
