Make way for Cassie, a female Shih Tzu mix rescued in South Carolina!  Our veterinary partner estimates that Cassie was 4 years old at intake in February 2020.  This sweet little pup was picked up as a stray in terrible condition, but with some TLC, we can now see how beautiful Cassie really is!  As a result of neglect, Cassie doesn't see very well, but that doesn't hold her back.
