Hector came to rescue at 9 weeks old with his siblings in South Carolina. He is a male Chihuahua blend. Hector is just extremely adorable and loveable, great with people of all ages and with other dogs. He is a little more reserved than his siblings and he likes to sit in his foster Mom's lap and chew his toy.  Hector is up to date on vaccines (age appropriate) and will be altered when medically appropriate to do so as his current weight is some where around 4 pounds.
