This is Goose!  Goose is a male Redbone Coonhound mix rescued in South Carolina.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Goose is a year old at the time of intake in March 2020.  This poor boy came into rescue with one of the worst embedded collar cases we have ever seen as he had not one, but two, deeply embedded collars.  It was horrific, but it's now just a bad memory for Goose as the collars have been surgically removed and Goose is receiving all of the medical care he requires to heal.  Goose is a super sweet boy who is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  We promised Goose that we would find him the best forever home where his bad memories will be quickly replaced by happy memories.
