PRECIOUS Frances is a female Chihuahua/Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Although we believed younger, our vet partner here in the northeast estimates Frances is 5 years old. Frances is sweet, soft and cuddly and is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Though her life clearly hasn’t been easy thus far, we do not know what has happened to her.  What we do know is that Frances came into  rescue with blunt force trauma to the head and we were concerned she’d lose her eye. Thankfully she did not and needs only eye drops at this time.
