Mali is a female German Shepherd Dog mix rescued in South Carolina.  Our vet partner estimates that Mali is 4-5 years old at the time of intake in April 2020.  Mali is good with people of all ages and other dogs but prefers a home without cats.  Mali was rescued from an abusive and neglectful hoarding situation and the sad story of her life is evident in her early photos.  She was suffering from a terrible skin condition that went on untreated for a very long time, leaving her with painful, red, raw, itchy skin and hair loss.  But never fear, Rescue Dogs Rock NYC was there to immediately transport Mali to our vet partner for all the medical care she requires to beat the infection, and beating it she is!  We promised Mali a forever home that will erase Mali's memories of her past life and replace them with happy memories in a loving, happy forever home.  If you can provide the forever home Mali needs, please apply online at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
