Electra is a female Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our vet partner estimates that Electra is 11 weeks old at the time of intake in early May 2020.  Electra is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  We can't even describe how adorable Electra is--just take a look at her photos and you'll know what we mean!
